The Challenge
Government contracting communities often rely on disconnected tools for member collaboration, education, opportunity tracking, resources, communication, and billing.
Govacha needed a unified platform capable of supporting complex product workflows, role-based permissions, online learning, real-time communication, subscriptions, resources, and administrative operations without creating a fragmented user experience.
The system also required a reliable delivery process, separate staging and production environments, continuous monitoring, and an architecture that could continue evolving as the product grew.
The Solution
We built Govacha from the ground up as a production SaaS platform using React, Node.js, Express, and MySQL.
The platform centralizes community engagement, courses, government contract workflows, resources, support, messaging, billing, directories, and administration.
Alongside product development, we established CI/CD pipelines, automated code-review workflows, engineering review processes, monitoring, and separate staging and production environments.
The product is hosted using AWS EC2 for backend infrastructure and AWS Amplify for frontend deployment.
