The client needed a mobile platform capable of connecting organization management, event operations, ticketing, attendee validation, and ongoing community engagement.

The product required multiple user journeys for organizations, event hosts, attendees, and community members while maintaining a consistent and easy-to-use mobile experience.

Because the product concept remains confidential, this case study focuses on the technical capabilities and delivery scope rather than the client's proprietary business model.

The solution

We developed a React Native mobile application supported by a Node.js backend.

The platform included organization management, event hosting, free and paid registration flows, ticket purchasing, QR-based event entry, attendee management, and community feeds.

The architecture was designed to support connected workflows rather than treating event management and community engagement as separate systems.
