We collect only what we need to reply to you and to deliver the work you ask for:

Client records, contracts and invoices are kept for as long as Pakistani tax, accounting and legal requirements oblige us to — normally several years. Technical logs are kept for a short rolling period. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures: access is limited to the people who need it, administration accounts use strong credentials, connections to this website are encrypted, and third-party access is granted on the narrowest basis possible. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we also keep the information we hold to a minimum.
